This is your special Early-Bird Registration for the Strala Online 200+Hour Yoga Teacher Training, with a new curriculum and a whole year of LIVE Zooms for sharing, practicing, and supporting each other together. 

Strala shares yoga with millions of adults and kids in studios, schools, events, and homes all around the world, including through our partnerships with The Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and BOKS. In a new curriculum for this training, we'll share our uniquely-special approach with you here. It's a wonderful chance to discover powerfully-enabling practices for taking good care of you, and the people you lead.

The special Early-Bird cost for this training is $2,400, which is $800 less than the usual cost of $3,200, and is given in four equal installments of $600 each, with the first to register now, and the remaining three any time in 2026. This Early-Bird is open through Saturday February 28, 2026.

If you're looking to lead classes in yoga, or carry these new approaches, skill-sets and practices into your work, this also provides you with a 200+Hour Yoga Teacher Teaching Certification and Continuing Education credit.
